Whoa. What a weekend.
We are officially homeowners and I am officially exhausted! We spent the whole weekend painting out the entire first level a beautiful pale gray - Benjamin Moore Gray Owl in half tint. Thank God for family. With lots of hands on deck we were able to knock out the living room, dining room, kitchen, and downstairs hallway!
I can't wait to show you more pictures. But in the meantime, here's a peek into the progress of our living room. The fireplace mantle will soon be painted out white. Don't worry, that's not original wood you're seeing, just gross brown paint.

So incredibly excited for you two! I can't wait to hear more about your home adventures; Jordan and I are looking for a rental house right now... We're not quite ready to buy, but we love following along with the people who are and have! :) Love the gray, by the way. I think you'll be super happy with it!

Love it! I am thinking of using the same color in the downstairs of our new place. If you wouldn't mind letting me know what finish you you used, eggshell, etc. and which line of BM you went with, that would be great!
Hi April! Thank you! I had Home Depot mix the Behr Premium Paint + Primer to Gray Owl, but half tint. They just put in half of each color the paint required. They have Benjamin Moore paint colors on file. They can just search the name for you. We did the whole house in eggshell at my Dad's recommendation. Everyone LOVES this color. I'm very very pleased with it.
