A Top Ten Challenge

I read this blog post today.

It's Epicurious' top ten most difficult recipes to make list.

Well, now I want to make ALL of them.

I've already got number 6 down:

Hey there Paella...

Which one should I try next?

I'm thinking Savory Souffles or Coq au vin

Have you made anything on the list?

I've never made any of these, but I'm tempted to take this challenge. I love a challenge in the kitchen. :-)

Coq Au Vin isn't hard I don't think!! It's the first think Scott ever made for me. You just braise chicken in red wine! Try it next!!!!!

Oh! I love a good challenge. I've actually never made any of those, but I'm going to put them on my list! Your paella looks amazing! I vote for a souffle next (so I can see how you do it)!

i've made the Alton Brown "Coq au Vin" and it was very complex but VERY good. Anything with two bottles of pino noir can't be too bad!
