Hahahaha! I love it. And it's nice to hear such an honest reaction. Mainly because having a baby is the most terrifying thing that has ever happened to me. It's also the most wonderful, but scary as hell. Welcome to parenthood...it stays scary forever. :)
Congratulations Kara! I'm in the baby industry since we do custom baby initial/monogram rugs so I posted your pic on our facebook page....because it is so cute and such a great idea! Come see me on my fb. http://www.facebook.com/ccdcustomrugs
Congratulations on this, the biggest blessing of your life! And being terrified is totally normal. :) you are going to make an amazing mommy...so trust your instincts and enjoy the ride!
Kara! Dude - you are not alone. Anyone that tells you that they aren't scared about childrearing/bearing are either 1) lying, b) too stupid to understand the adventure they're about to go on, or 3) lying. I guess they could be in denial, too. I cried for 2 days when I found out Berkeley was coming, but the Lord is faithful and she's awesome and wonderfully weird and I can't imagine life without her, or Ferris now, too! You guys will be such amazing parents. Can't wait to meet your offspring. Milady
