Change

There is a lot of talk of change today, from both sides of the fence.

I think William Wilberforce, a British politician, philanthropist and leader of the movement to abolish the slave trade, says it best:

"Change is not to be brought about in the halls of government, or legislation, but in the hearts of people surrendered to the work of the Holy Spirit."

Well said Kara. Your thoughts that you expressed yesterday couldn't be more on. I really think that most people think that way. Maybe I am wrong, but I have faith in people. I really feel that the media has really had an impact on this election. Not necessarily in the most positive way.
I find it hard to believe that I have met so many different, wonderful people from all over the country through blogging. Every single one of these people are good, loving people. They have all expressed kind loving words to me when I have truly needed it.
I know that the majority of people are like this. Oh sure, there are a few who are not, but for the most part, I like to think that people are good. Maybe this is just my naivity, but I sure hope not.
This is a really long comment, Sorry. I love your thoughts and couldn't agree with you more!
