Roadkill

It's a junker's version of Roadkill, a pile of trash in front of someone's house.

When you see bits of wood sticking out, you stop.

And sometimes...

If you're lucky....

You find something like this....

The perfect old ladder, with chippy paint, to store your favorite magazines on...

I grabbed this lil' guy on a Saturday after all the garage sales had ended. No one had bought him, and he was all alone next to the trash can in my Mom's neighborhood. I knew he would be wonderful for my office :)

I visited some junk stores this week. I have a great chalkboard project in the works, and a fun use for a pumpkin. Stay tuned!

Come back and see me!

Lucky you! That is such a great find! Why are those kinds of things never on the side of the road in my neighborhood? :)
