Ricotta, I love you.

This little treat makes the best breakfast, snack,or dinner when your husband is away. 


2 slices of toasted and salted homemade bread
Fresh Ricotta
Local Honey
Strawberries 
A Splash of Balsamic. 


Yum. 
Yum.
Yum.

This is also delicious with roasted pears or baked apple slices.


I love warm weather food.
